RBS has agreed a four-year deal with the USGA, the national governing body of the United States, its territories and Mexico, to become a commercial partner of all USGA Championships including the US Open and US Women’s Open.
The bank will also contribute to the ‘For the Good of the Game’ programme –aimed at introducing golf to new audiences- and support new media platforms including USGA.org and USOpen.com.
RBS has a relationship with three out of the four Golf Majors as the official Patron Sponsor of The British Open Championship and the PGA Championship. Royal Bank of Scotland Golf Ambassadors includes Jack Nicklaus, PGA’s Luke Donald and LPGA’s Paula Creamer.
