Reports indicate that BA is reportedly looking to become an official tier one partner of the games after ending its sponsorship of the London Eye earlier this month.
The airline will unveil its Terminal 5 in March and is expected to feature the London 2012 logo.
Tier one sponsors to date include Lloyds TSB, Adidas and EDF Energy.
