The deal covers marketing rights for all FIS Alpine World Cups and the FIS World Cup Ski Jumping in Switzerland. Through this agreement, Infront extends its media rights portfolio of the Swiss-Ski events with rights in the areas of sponsorship and advertising.
Infront group is the commercial partner of 19 national ski federations and
some local organising committees, marketing more than 80 per cent of all FIS Ski World Cups worldwide, including alpine and nordic events.
Hansruedi Laich, Director of Swiss-Ski, said: “The collective marketing of the FIS World Cups, including the Swiss-Ski events, improves not only the attractiveness of the events for both, sponsors and viewers. It also gives Swiss-Ski the opportunity to benefit of far-ranging synergies in the marketing of the events.”
