The broadcaster will air all 31 matches in English, French and Portuguese. The deal was brokered by the Sportfive agency.
"SuperSport is a dynamic broadcaster which gained great popularity in Africa in light of its wide range of international football properties," UEFA marketing director Philippe Le Floc'h told UEFA.com. "We are delighted about SuperSport's commitment and welcome the opportunity to bring the spirit of European football to this vibrant continent."
