Deltatre wins English FA website deal

The FA has appointed deltatre media to work on the relaunch of its website, TheFA.com.

The appointment was part of a comprehensive pitch to find a digital agency, led by the FA's head of marketing, Simon Freedman. The deltatre media team will be led by managing director, Paul Bristow.

"TheFA.com is one of the most visited football websites in the country, recording over 80 million visitors last year, and contains a huge amount of news and information about all levels of the game,” said Freedman.

”However, TheFA.com needs to better communicate the organisation's long term vision across the football community, while reflecting ongoing technological advances.”

Deltatre manage results and web services for sporting events such as the FIFA World Cup, UEFA Champions League and European Football Championships.
