The Congress, which is organised by the RFEF, aims to offer national associations, clubs, players’ agents and other stakeholders an opportunity to analyse and clarify the content of the relevant provisions.
“Recent studies such as the annual review of the European football players’ labour market show a greater professional mobility of the players in the five major European leagues," said RFEF president and FIFA VP Angel Maria Villar Llona. "Against this background it is essential that all stakeholders of the game have a clear understanding of these regulations that govern a major aspect of our game."
Slim Alouou, Chairman of the Dispute Resolution Chamber of FIFA, will make the opening speech of the congress.
