Building firm races to NASCAR Canada partner deal

Allied Steel Buildings has penned a deal with NASCAR to become its official partner in Canada.

The building company is the latest sponsor to sign on with NASCAR Canada, by finalising a multi-year deal to support the growing popularity of stock car racing in Canada.

The sponsorship will include a variety of assets, beginning with presenting status of the 2007 NASCAR Fan Guide.

The company will also be the primary sponsor of the No. 77 Allied Steel Buildings Dodge driven by Derek Lynch for the final three races of the 2007 NASCAR Canadian Tire Series and participate in hospitality events at Kawartha Speedway racetrack.

Said Mike Lassner, president, Allied Steel Buildings: “Allied has been involved with NASCAR in the US for a number of years and our staff are true race fans.
“We couldn’t see a better fit than being able to support and help develop auto racing in Canada.”
