The deals cover the three from 2007-08 to 2009-10 in the following territories: Albania, Belarus, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Slovakia, Ukraine, Bosnia, Croatia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Slovenia, Armenia, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Russia and Poland.
