Arena Coventry Ltd and FMC, the stadia catering specialists of Compass Group’s sport and leisure sector, is to implement the Micros 9700 Hospitality Management System through the Ricoh Arena.
The system, which goes live this month, will allow the venue's hospitality management team to overhaul current processes including stock control, key decision making, and reporting.
