The Ticketmaster TicketExchange allows ticket holders who cannot attend one or more games to post their tickets for sale on the ticket section of Giants.com to other fans.
This allows fans registered on the team's ‘wait list’ to purchase tickets through the service.
“We want to ensure that our fans have the best-in-class team experience, which includes providing them with a Giants-authorised site to buy and resell tickets and avoid potentially fraudulent resellers,” said Michael Stevens, senior vice president & chief marketing officer, New York Giants.
The service also allows season ticket holders to forward their tickets to whomever using a TicketForwarding service available through their online season account.
