Standard Chartered Bank has extended its sponsorship for the Nairobi international marathon for the next five years.
This year's Standard Chartered Marathon, the fifth edition of the race will be held on October 28 and includes a full marathon, half marathon, 10km road race, wheel chair race and the 5km family fun run race.
The Standard Chartered Nairobi international marathon is the first of the four races in the ‘Greatest race on earth series’, all sponsored by Standard Chartered.
These are the Nairobi Marathon, Singapore Marathon, Mumbai Marathon and Hong Kong Marathon.
