TURKISH CHANNEL WINS SERIE A RIGHTS IN GROUNDBREAKING DEAL

The Media Partners & Silva agency agreed a deal with 24 TV channel for Italian Serie A rights in Turkey.

The deal marks the first time ever that 24 will broadcast coverage of a major European football league. The groundbreaking agreement covers the exclusive rights to the top Italian clubs (ten clubs including AC Milan, Inter, Juventus and Roma), for the 2007-08 season.
24 will distribute Serie A matches on its channel via terrestrial and cable and satellite.

Under the agreement, also the Milan Channel programmes will also be distributed in Turkey by 24.
