The X Games will be held beginning August 2 and ending on August 5. The games will be held at both the Home Depot Center and the STAPLES Center in Los Angeles, California. This will be the eighth year that Sony has sponsored ESPN's X Games.
Donna Armentor, Senior Promotions Manager of SCEA, said, "We are pleased to once again sponsor the ESPN X Games." She continued, "Our sponsorship with ESPN reinforces our already dominant presence within the action sports market and provides us with another excellent opportunity to promote the PlayStation brand to our target audiences." Many fans of the X Games are also fans of the Playstation products and games.
