Under the three-year deal, Canal+ will broadcast the best matches from Serie A, from the 2007-08 season to the 2009-10 season.
The agreement covers the rights to the main Italian clubs, including AC Milan, Juventus, Inter Milan, AS Roma and Lazio. The rights package is completed by more clubs, including Fiorentina, Torino, Genoa, Cagliari and Catania, which will play the 2007-08 Serie A Season, and other clubs which could eventually be promoted to Serie A in the subsequent seasons.
Under the terms of the agreement, Canal+ will also broadcast the best programming from the Milan Channel, the official TV channel of the European Champions.
