ITV and the BBC agreed a joint deal with UEFA for TV rights for the 2008 European Football Championships.
The broadcasters reached an agreement with the Sportfive agency, for exclusive live rights to all 32 matches of the tournament.
The deal includes match coverage and highlights for the entire tournament alongside internet and mobile rights.
