Rugby World Cup Limited (RWCL), owner of the commercial rights associated with Rugby World Cup 2011, is seeking tenders from organisations to operate the official hospitality and travel package programmes for Rugby World Cup 2011 in New Zealand.

Representing RWCL, IMG said that one operator could be appointed to deal with both the hospitality and travel programmes. Alternatively, separate operators could be appointed for each programme.

It will also have the necessary stature, experience, financial and administrative resources to undertake the operation of the entire official corporate hospitality programme.

Those companies interested in acquiring sub-licences should not respond to the tender notice at this time.
Organisations interested in receiving an Invitation to Tender should write to IMG no later than 6 p.m. on Friday 22 June 2007.
