210,000 ADDITIONAL TICKETS GO ON SALE FOR RUGBY WORLD CUP 2007

The Organising Committee of Rugby World Cup 2007 in France released over 210,000 additional tickets for sale online to the general public.

Tickets are available across all pool matches at the 12 Tournament venues (10 in France, 1 in Scotland and 1 in Wales), the quarter-finals and the Bronze Final at Parc des Princes

To date, more than 1,750 000 tickets have been sold for the Tournament which kicks-off on September 7 when France takes on Argentina at Stade de France.

With a little under 100 days to go before the start of Rugby World Cup 2007, the Tournament's Official travel and corporate hospitality website RTH ’07 has announced that 100,000 ticket-inclusive official corporate hospitality products have been sold.

To date, RTH ’07 have sold nearly double the total number of hospitality packages sold in Australia in 2003 and 18 per cent more than the last two Rugby World Cups put together. Demand for Rugby World Cup 2007 official corporate hospitality remains high, and with the Tournament still some three months away there is enormous potential for further sales.
