Under the deal, Kia Motors an affiliate of Hyundai, South Korea's largest carmaker, will provide official vehicles to be used during the June 7-29 tournament in Switzerland and Austria.
The carmaker will also act as official sponsor for UEFA's other competitions, including the European U-21 Championships in 2007 and 2009.
"This sponsorship, fittingly signed on this historic day for Kia Motors, will give a big boost to our brand awareness, not only here in Europe but also among the huge audience of football fans throughout the world," said Kia Motors President Chung Eui-sun.
UEFA has already signed up BenQ, Carlsberg, Coca-Cola, JVC, MasterCard, McDonald's, Adidas, Continental Airlines Inc and Castrol as global sponsors.
