CASTROL GEARS UP FOR UEFA EURO 2008 WITH KEMPSTER & VIPEXPERIENCE

Castrol appointed specialist sponsorship logistics agency, Kempster and web based project management solution, VIPexperience.net to deliver a unique interactive guest experience for its sponsorship of UEFA’s EURO 2008 tournament.

Kempster will provide the strategic planning and project orchestration, manage all hospitality and ticketing as well as provide all logistics and delivery on site across the eight host cities in Austria and Switzerland during June 2008 for Castrol’s largest international sponsorship project.

Integral to Kempster’s service to Castrol is VIPexperience.net, developed by Kempster’s team, specifically for international sponsors, rights holders and event organisers. Using VIPexperience.net, Castrol’s employees, VIP guests and ticket holders will be able to engage with UEFA EURO 2008 in an enhanced and highly unique way as not seen before in any previous football sponsorship programme. Entered via password-protected security, the system will be entirely Castrol branded and provide access to an extensive range of Castrol experiences throughout the build up to and during the final tournament itself.
