NFL CONSULTANT TO HEAD UP PR FIRM’S EURO EXPANSION

US PR firm TransMedia Group has appointed NFL Europe consultant Neil Reynolds associate director of its newly launched European operation.

Reynolds, who for the past two years has overseen all Super Bowl-related PR activities in the UK, joined the NFL as public relations manager for Europe in 2002.

While there he built and launched NFLUK.com and produced NFLUKTV – an online TV station offering daily NFL content.

He will now be the Palm Beach County-headquartered TransMedia Group’s associate director of European operations.

Said TransMedia's founder and chairman Thomas J. Madden: “We are fortunate to have someone with Neil's extensive international media and PR experience to help us launch TransMedia Europe, complementing our Hispanic and Israeli PR departments.

“One of our account executives, Miami Dolphins cheerleader Lynn Martin, was impressed with Neil's publicity work for the NFL while she was in London recently promoting games the Dolphins will play in London next season.”
