Under the deal, effective from April 1 2007, Adidas Spor Malzemeleri Satis ve Pazarlama AS will be the exclusive distributor of Reebok products in Turkey.
Adidas took over Reebok in January 2006 and buying out Reebok distributors and joint ventures around the globe is a key component of the Adidas integration strategy which is estimated to provide Adidas with annual revenue synergies of at least €200 million by 2009.
Last year Adidas bought back the distribution rights for Reebok in the Czech Republic and Slovakia from RBK Sport CZ and RBK Sport SR, respectively and took back control of the brand in Russia and China.
