The two companies have formed a partnership for the co-management and co-distribution of the rights in Asia.
A statement said: “The ITT will be launched in early January 2007 and tenders will be invited from all suitably qualified media companies, including TV broadcasters, cable operators, pay-tv platforms, telecom operators, local agencies and broadband portals.
“Background, context and other particulars shall be included in the ITT that will be uniformly sent to all participating companies.”
The closing date for submission of proposals is set for January 31.
