FIA PRESIDENT TO MAKE KEYNOTE ADDRESS

Max Mosley, President of the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile, motor sport’s world governing body, will deliver a Keynote address at the 2006 Motor Sport Business Forum.

Mosley will offer an invaluable insight into the future of the FIA Formula One World Championship, one which will involve one of the biggest technological advancements in the sport’s history. With the inclusion of new ecologically-friendly regulations, it is a future that promises many benefits for all those involved from drivers and manufacturers to the sponsors and the fans.

Mosley said: “Formula One now finds itself on the threshold of a new era of technological relevance.

“Energy-efficiency has already been earmarked as the future of the multi-billion dollar global automotive industry and Formula One will now help to accelerate this process. It is a move that will affect every industry involved in Formula One and will change the whole ethos and outlook of our sport.”

This keynote address will be delivered on the morning of the second day of the Forum. This year’s Forum will take place on 6-7 December 2006.
