Telecommunications company Vodafone will sponsor Australian Football League club Brisbane Lions for the next three seasons in a multi-million dollar deal.
Vodafone replaces AAPT as the club's naming rights sponsor. Vodafone also sponsors Port Adelaide and premier West Coast Eagles.
"It is a tribute to the strength of the Brisbane Lions that the club has attracted such a high profile and sport aligned major sponsor as Vodafone," Lions CEO Michael Bowers said.
"Our Vodafone partnership is a major coup and with their support, 2007 is set to be an exciting year for both organisations.
