Duggan succeeds Chris Zimmerman who is departing to become president/CEO of Orca Bay Sports & Entertainment - the ownership group of the Vancouver Canucks NHL franchise.
In his new role, Duggan will be responsible for driving continued growth in Nike Bauer's hockey equipment business. The brand counts around 60 percent of NHL players wearing its skates.
