Mobile phone operator T-Mobile extended its deal as the main sponsor of the German cycling team until 2010.
The team announced the new deal at the same time as it announced a tough new anti-doping programme along with a series of new signings for the 2007 season. Joining the squad are 11 new riders, including the 34-year-old Belgian Axel Merckx.
T-Mobile’s existing agreement with the German team had been due to expire in 2008.
