First Artist Corporation PLC, the sports and entertainment group acquired Sponsorship Consulting Ltd in a deal worth up to £750,000.
An initial cash payment of £230,000 will be made, plus the issue of 500,000 new ordinary shares valued at 10 pence per share.
First Artist will pay the outstanding balance through a combination of unsecured loan notes, and the allotment of new shares, depending on Sponsorship Consulting meeting certain performance targets.
