The company's Web site, BETonSPORTS.com, has been non-operational since July 19 when it shut it down in partial compliance with the temporary restraining
order issued by the United States Attorney's Office.
BetonSports last month removed David Carruthers from his job as chief executive following his arrest in the United States on charges related to an alleged racketeering conspiracy.
