The BBC will provide live broadband streaming of this year's Open at Royal Liverpool for the first time.
The service will be available on the BBC Sport website. It will be a simulcast of the BBC's live terrestrial broadcast and digital interactive feed.
Live coverage begins on Thursday. Barbara Slater, BBC head of general sports, said, "the BBC is continuing its commitment in meeting the needs of viewers by offering them more choice in when and where they access their sport.”
