BRANDRAPPORT TAKES ON TRIATHLON

UK agency brandRapport has been appointed by BG Group, the global natural gas business, to work on its long-term partnership with the International Triathlon Union (ITU).

brandRapport first worked with BG Group on its sponsorship of the winning BG SPIRIT yacht in the 2005 Global Challenge Round the World Yacht Race. Since then the agency has helped BG identify new sponsorship opportunities and played an important role in the development and negotiation of the partnership agreement between BG and the ITU that will last until 2014.

The brandRapport team working on the BG Triathlon partnership will be led by Mark Bullingham at board level, with account director Virginia Page taking day to day responsibility for the account. Sarah Shore will create and implement the PR campaign.
