The Ginn Clubs & Resorts is to sponsor and stage one of the richest events on golf’s Champions Tour next year.
The inaugural Ginn Championship, with a $2.5m prize pot, will take place at Hammock Beach in Palm Coast, Florida.
Taking place between March 26-April 1, the event will be second only to the US Senior Open in terms of the size of its purse.
