One of the UK’s best known racecourses re-opened this week after undergoing a £200m refurbishment.
Ascot, in Berkshire, is staging the five-day Royal meeting this week after 20 months of extensive renovation.
The meeting had been relocated to York while the work to modernise the venue took place.
