The decision by race chiefs comes after the team’s deputy director, Jose Ignacio, was arrested as part of an investigation into doping in the sport.
Ignacio was arrested by Spanish police as part of ongoing effort to eradicate doping in the sport which has undermined sponsor support.
The team will not be replaced. The race starts in Strasbourg on July 1.
Spanish cycling team Comunidad Valenciana has had its invitation to race in this year’s Tour de France withdrawn.
