The Wasserman Media Group has completed the acquisition of US soccer player management company SportsNet.
The deal marks WMG Management's entry into soccer and boosts its position in the field of athlete representation.
SportsNet principals Richard Motzkin and Dan Segal, will co-manage WMG's new soccer practice and report to Arn Tellem, president, WMG Management.
WMG acquired Tellem's baseball and basketball agency earlier this year.
SportsNet represent 13 of the players in the US squad in this month’s FIFA World Cup.
