Olsson says he wants to speak to Guido Rossi with regard Italian clubs being entered into European competition next season and Italy’s bid to host Euro 2012.
Rossi was drafted in to clean-up Italian soccer after both the president and vice-president of the FIGC resigned.
Olsson said: “We have to establish a contact with the commissioner, and then we have to take it from there, because there are some important decisions coming up.
"They include the Italian clubs to be nominated for the European club competitions and the handover at the end of this month of the bids for Euro 2012, where Italy is one of the candidates.”
UEFA chief executive Lars Christer Olsson has confirmed he will be holding talks with the new head of Italian soccer federation the FIGC to discuss the match-fixing allegations which have shook the sport – and its impact on a host of key upcoming decisions.
