The agency has brokered a deal for FIFA with Latin American mobile technology firm EBClosion for Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador.
The deal is for the non-exclusive Spanish-language rights to the tournament, which takes place in Germany.
The rights granted are in the category of mobile telephony and EBClosion has the sub-licensing rights within the territories.
In the case of Mexico, it is required that the sub-licensee is the leading national mobile telephony network operator, as identified by reference to the total number of subscribers.
