The game, which takes place at the Sun Devil Stadium in Arizona in December, was previously carried on ESPN.
Said Steve Bornstein, NFL Network president and CEO: “Acquiring the Insight Bowl is placing another brick on the strong foundation of the NFL Network.”
The exclusive rights extend across all media platforms, including internet, wireless, video-on-demand, satellite radio and international television rights.
With the addition of the Insight Bowl, NFL Network is now the national television home of 168 football games each year, including eight regular-season NFL games, 52 preseason games, 75 game re-airs, 31 NFL Europe League contests and the Senior Bowl.
