The TVNW Media Group is to produce TV coverage of Canada’s premiere track and field meeting.
It will cover this year’s Vancouver Sun Harry Jerome International Track Classic and the second annual Canada versus China Pacific World Cup for Canadian sports broadcaster TSN.
The one-hour highlights package will also be broadcast in the US on the World Championship Sports Network, and in China, in a deal still under negotiation.
Coverage of the meet, to be held at Swangard Stadium near Vancouver on 8 June, will be directed and produced by TVNW managing director Martin Perry.
