European soccer’s governing body said the survey on UEFA.com forms part of its ‘comprehensive review process’ targeting possible changes to its club tournaments from the 2009/10 season.
A statement said: “UEFA emphasises that the review process does not automatically imply that the existing structure of the club competitions needs to be changed.
“However, it is adopting a proactive role in looking at potential solutions for the future.”
UEFA has launched an online survey calling on fans to give their feedback on the future format of European club competitions.
