La Louviere and Excelsior Mouscron were both told they would not be granted a professional licence after a probe into the way the clubs were run. However, the Belgian FA has said neither decision is as a result of the recent probe into match-fixing.
Two other clubs – Beveren and Lierse – have both been told they have until May 8 to provide a EUR1m guarantee or face a similar fate.
