GIG will provide software and services to allow Sportingbet to offer an enhanced play-by-play betting service throughout the course of a sporting event.
The betting markets, which will be integrated and offered alongside Sportingbet's existing offerings, will be deployed across Sportingbet's websites throughout Europe.
Sportingbet is currently one of GIG's largest bookmaking partners.
The new agreement will provide GIG with a share of the wagering revenue from the enhanced play-by-play betting service.
