LIFE'S A BEACH FOR ISC

NASCAR chiefs have signed a new deal with Daytona Beach officials to ensure the series will be racing at the legendary venue until 2054.

The new deal replaces the existing deal which stretched until 2032. The deal will see NASCAR’s rent for the speedway rise to an average payment of $750,000.
It comes hot on the heels of news that International Speedway Corp – the NASCAR company which operates the track – could host the Formula One US Grand Prix at the circuit from 2007.
