AMERICAS TO GET LIVE WEBCAST OF WORLD CROSS COUNTRY

Athletics fans in North, Central and South America can watch the IAAF World Cross Country Championships via a live webcast by the World Championship Sports Network (WCSN).

In co-operation with the IAAF and their commercial partner, Dentsu, WCSN will produce the webcast, which was made available on the Internet to US fans for the first time at the last IAAF World Championships in Athletics in Helsinki and most recently at the IAAF World Indoor Championships in Moscow.

In addition to the live webcast, a one hour summary programme will be available for each day of the competition across all of the Americas.

Highlights of the IAAF World Cross Country Championships will also be broadcast to more than 40 million US households through their Regional Sports Networks.

The championships take place this coming weekend (April 1-2) in Fukuoka, Japan.
