The tracks, who joined rival broadcaster Racing UK following the collapse of the £307million Attheraces media rights deal in 2004, in turn dropped a counter-claim for £213million against At The Races, being the balance owing on the 10-year deal when it was terminated by the broadcaster.
The end of the case should allow both groups of racing's media-rights holders to work together to promote British racing in overseas markets, reports The Guardian.
The original Attheraces consortium made up of Channel 4, BSkyB and Arena Leisure, signed the £307million contract with 49 British courses in 2001.
The business plan included a scheme to encourage viewers to use an interactive Tote betting service accessed through the "red button" on their digital remote control.
However, the process of interactive betting was slow and unreliable when set against a call to a bookmaker's credit operation.
Atthreraces finally terminated the agreement in May 2004, after Tote revenues fell below a level set out in the contract as a trigger for renegotiation.
Thirty tracks, including Newmarket, Epsom, Goodwood and York, broke away to set up Racing UK.
