Australia, Barbados, Bermuda, Canada, India, Jamaica, New Zealand, South Africa, Sri Lanka, the UK and the USA are the countries where OTAs have been appointed.
More are expected to come on stream as contracts are finalised.
Cricket Logistics 2007 director John Davison said: “We have had an unprecedented number of applications from across the world and, after very careful selection criteria, these agents have been appointed.
“They are the sole persons or organisations who are authorised to offer tour and travel packages for the tournament for sale and fans should only purchase packages from them.”
More OTAs could be appointed in countries already on the list as well as in others not yet listed, including the Netherlands, the United Arab Emirates and several Caribbean islands.
