The deal covers the 2006 FIM Fiat Vans British Speedway Grand Prix and the 2006 FIM Speedway World Cup.
BSI is the television and marketing rights holder for the two properties, both of which will receive extensive, live coverage on Sky Sports in the UK.
It is the second consecutive season that BSI has appointed MTA Media to the role.
The FIM Fiat Vans British Grand Prix takes on Saturday, June 3 at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff. The FIM Speedway World Cup runs from July 16 to 22.
