The Government organisation - which supports companies in the UK doing business internationally and overseas enterprises investing in Britain - is working to enhance the competitiveness of UK firms with an interest in sporting events worldwide.
It will work closely with the organisers of the 8th Stadia & Arena Exhibition & Conference. Among other benefits, companies registered with UKTI will receive a discount for early bookings of exhibition space and a discount on bookings to attend the conference.
Stadia & Arena, to be held the new Wembley National Stadium on June 21 and 22 next year, is set to command greater interest than usual given the association with the London Olympics in 2012.
More than 50 per cent of the stand space has already been booked.
Other sports include the European Stadium Management Association, HOK Sport Venue and Event and Barco, who are supplying the large screens for the new Wembley Stadium.
