He said: "My first requirement to this year's league is being clean. Being on the right track is the most important thing. Only those undone remain unknown. Everything will be exposed sooner or later."
He added: "The Chinese Super League is a product. Any cheating is intolerable. But right now truth and false are co-existing in it. Any club should be attacked if cheating is detected.
"Otherwise our league will be devalued, our market will be shrinking and our football fans will be [disappearing] from Chinese football."
Xie has appealed to those involved in the game to report any concerns they might have to the authorities, reports Titan Sports.
