It applies to all three divisions of the Coca-Cola Football League and the Carling Cup from 2006/07.
The current deal is extended until 2009 and will see Octagon selling all forms of TV coverage globally, except for in the UK and Eire.
Football League matches are currently shown in more than 90 countries, with a combined reach of 165 million homes.
Chris Guinness, president of Octagon CSI, said: “We know that the competition for this contract was intense, with three other companies bidding against us, so it is a tremendous achievement to all involved.”
Lord Mawhinney, chairman of The Football League, said: “Interest in The Football League is growing internationally, as well as domestically, and our clubs will benefit through the substantially improved terms delivered by this agreement.”
