ICC MEDIA CHIEF TO RESIGN

The International Cricket Council's chief media man Brendan McClements will resign from his post at the end of March this year.

McClements has spent nearly four years at the ICC but he and his family are swapping Dubai for their native Melbourne for family reasons.

The ICC said in a statement: "We wish Brendan every success in the future."

Cricket's ruling body has not yet revealed how the post he is vacating (ICC general manager - corporate affairs) will be filled from April.
